What an honor to interview Kelsey Baker during Women’s History Month! Determined, smart, driven, and incredibly empathetic, Kelsey is the co-founder, co-owner, and Chief Commercial Officer of Integrity Clinical Network - a small but growing clinical research site network based out of Wichita.

Kelsey and Jaime met in 2017 when Jaime entered the clinical research industry, and the two shared a work cubicle. Kelsey taught Jaime the "ins and outs" of clinical research while simultaneously creating her own job description and expanding the purpose of her role as a business development officer. That growth and experience led to several influential positions in the industry - and ultimately, the launch of an entirely new clinical research company.

Kelsey went on to co-found ICN alongside mentors who shared a common belief: to do things right the first time, every time, and to always remain patient-focused. Now, this proud boy mom of two is inspiring others across the industry as she shatters glass ceilings and breaks beakers for the greater good.
